Enjoy the unique flower parade of the flower bulb region! Colorful floats adorned with bulb flowers (hyacinths, tulips and daffodils) pass you by.
The Flower Parade of the Dutch Flower Region rides the 40 km long route from Noordwijk to Haarlem. the flower parade will pass at the Keukenhof boulevard (main car park).
King's Day Amsterdam27-04-2019
King's Day (formerly Queen's Day) festivities invite locals and visitors alike to soak up Amsterdam's open-air fun. In the streets, canals, parks and everywhere in between, the city is bursting with orange as Amsterdammers enjoy the biggest street party of the year. Amidst orange-pride, live music, DJs, parties and a citywide street market, you'll find an electric atmosphere not to be missed.
When she became queen, the now Princess Beatrix chose to retain the day in honour of her mother but as of 2014, King’s Day will officially be celebrated on 27 April (the king’s birthday). However, the event is traditionally not celebrated on a Sunday which means that the first King’s Day was held on Saturday, 26 April 2014.
The name may have changed slightly but the festive spirit of the day is sure to remain! You'll be treated to a sea of orange as everyone - and their pet - is covered head to toe in oranje (orange) as a show of pride for the Dutch Royal family, the House of Oranje-Nassau.
After the huge success of Diynamic Festival 2017 and of course the most recent Diynamic x Loveland ADE showcase, the Diynamic family returns to Amsterdam for the sixth Diynamic Festival in 2018.
